Meet Dr. Wall
Dr. Wall is a native Wisconsinite, raised in Waukesha and graduated from Catholic Memorial High School. He has been a resident of the Lake Country area since 1988 where he currently resides with his family – Lisa and their three children (Chance, Ty & Samantha).
After completing his bachelor’s degree at St. Norbert College, Dr. Wall went on to study dentistry at the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After working as an associate in the Waukesha/Oconomowoc area, Dr. Wall purchased Dr. Gavahan’s Hartland dental practice in 1989 and then Dr. Maternowski’s Pewaukee dental practice in 1993, which is now known as Wall Family Dentistry (formally known as Lake Country Dental Group).
Dr. Wall is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Waukesha County Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, &Pierre Fauchard Academy. His past credentials include President of the Waukesha County Dental Association & 8th District Trustee for two terms. Dr. Wall has a firm commitment to excel in dentistry by attending the latest cutting-edge continuing education courses. He believes in the value of always striving to be the best in his field, and brings this strong commitment to his practice, and his patients.
Meet Dr. Mandigo
Dr. Mandigo grew up in a small town in Northern Wisconsin. She made Lake Country her home four years ago and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Being from a small town, Dr. Mandigo enjoys getting to know each of her patients and their families. This allows her to provide a more personalized treatment plan for each of her patients.
Dr. Mandigo is passionate about doing the best dentistry possible. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Waukesha County Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Society. Prior to joining Wall Family Dentistry, she was a clinical assistant professor at Marquette University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Mandigo resides in Oconomowoc with her husband, Greg, and their four children. When not rocking dentistry and keeping little humans alive, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, sewing, reading, and dog training. Her Boxer, Ruby, recently became a canine good citizen – a good citizen that enjoys chewing shoes.

Annie
– Registered Dental Hygienist
Annie graduated in 1986 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a Bachelors Degree in Hygiene. Annie has been part of the Wall Family Dentistry family for over 20 years. Annie’s passion for patient care and dental health is apparent through her dedication and commitment to all patients. Annie loves to teach her patients how to properly care for their teeth, and enjoys seeing the improvements that occur in the health of their teeth and gums as a result.
Kim – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim graduated in 1987 from Milwaukee Area Technical College of Hygiene. She continues to train and develop her skills by attending seminars and continuing education courses which helps her keep up to date on the latest dental procedures, protocols and products. Kim loves to educate her patients on oral hygiene and how it effects their overall health. Her main goal is to help give her patients beautiful healthy smiles.
Megan – Registered Dental Hygienist

As the lead dental assistant, Kim assists Dr. Wall with his patients. Kim has had a very positive impact on our practice since she started in 1993. She enjoys all aspects of her job, and with a seemingly effortless approach, helps to create a very soothing, relaxing experience for all of our patients. She loves to focus her attention on patient education and preventative dentistry and will enthusiastically answer any questions you may have on the subjects of dental health.
Deborah – Dental Assistant
Deborah joined our team in 2019. Deborah has been working in the dental field for over 15 years. Deborah assists Dr. Wall. She focuses on making sure our patients feel as comfortable as possible during their visit. Deborah enjoys the challenges her position offers and loves learning about new procedures and products.
Hailee – Office Administrator
Hailee joined our team in 2022. Hailee’s commitment to exceptional customer service, combined with her passion for dental health care issues, gives our patients the best we can offer. Hailee performs both administrative and scheduling duties. Her primary focus is to make our patients feel as welcome and comfortable as possible when they visit. She is available to update your records, schedule appointments, process payments and assist you with questions regarding your dental treatment and insurance plans.
